You're welcome to browse and share content from this site for non-commercial purposes with attribution. Case studies describe real projects we've delivered; pricing shown is indicative and confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Project engagements

Client work is governed by the written proposal or statement of work agreed for that project, which sets out scope, price, and delivery dates. These website terms apply to anything not covered there.

Payment

Standard terms are 50% upfront and 50% on delivery for fixed-price projects, unless a different schedule is agreed in writing. All prices shown exclude VAT.

Liability

We deliver work to a professional standard and stand behind it, but we don't accept liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
